Gray area drinking falls between casual drinking and alcohol use disorder. Nearly 90% of excessive drinkers don’t meet clinical criteria for AUD. Here’s how to know if you’re in the gray area and what to do about it.

Mindful drinking is more than an idea. It’s a movement. A community growing larger by the day. Put simply, it’s all about thinking while drinking. Mindful drinking is not about quitting alcohol but instead being aware of how much alcohol you’re drinking and its impact on you in the moment.

One of the most common alcohol-related problems that affect people of all ages is binge drinking. Binge drinking is defined as drinking “a harmful amount of alcohol in one session of drinking.” What constitutes a harmful amount varies based on gender and the type and size of the drink.

Today we’re excited to announce a new partnership with Found, an online weight care program that’s designed around your unique biology to make weight loss safe, effective and sustainable.

We take the feedback of our members very seriously, and these improvements come as a direct response to the hundreds of thousands of conversations we’ve had this year. We know these enhancements will empower new and existing members alike to have even more success on their mindful drinking journeys.
